Gluten-Free Egg Fried Rice in a Mug

It dawned on me over the weekend that my blog turned 2 earlier this month! When I hit that “publish” button on a black bean brownie recipe two years ago, I never would have imagined that I would ride this food blogging wave so far. My only goal was to create an online diary to keep track of my kitchen experiments and workouts. I didn’t own any fancy cameras, I didn’t understand how to tweet, and my photos were constantly rejected by Foodgawker. Big “whomp, whomp.”
