  • 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 TBS maple syrup
  • 1/2 TBS peanut butter
  • pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and serve immediately. Feel free to add more milk if you want the smoothie to be less thick.
