Strawberry Cucumber Refresher

Cool off with this refreshing drink infused with strawberries, cucumber, mint, and lemon! Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 large strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 - 1/3 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 5-6 large mint leaves
  • Ice cubes, optional

Instructions

  • Add the strawberries, cucumber, lemon, and mint into a jug.
  • Pour water into the jug.
  • Refrigerate the drink for at least 30 minutes so that the water can be properly infused.
  • Enjoy chilled or with some ice cubes!
