frozen medium banana

cup
pumpkin puree
2/3
cup
unsweetened soy milk

or almond milk

maple syrup
1/2

peanut butter
pinch
of cinnamon

optional
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and serve immediately. Feel free to add more milk if you want the smoothie to be less thick.
