Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds shrimp, 20 to 25 count, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup [sweet chili sauce]
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with the minced garlic and salt.

  • Drizzle the honey chili sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat with the sauce. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
