Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, or your milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest, from 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients inside a blender and blend until smooth. If you want a colder smoothie, feel free to add a few ice cubes and blend them with the other ingredients.
  • Pour the smoothie into 4 small glasses or 2 large ones. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can use frozen blueberries for the recipe, but note that they might be more difficult for you to blend because of the high quantity of frozen fruits in the blender.
