I highly recommend mixing the batter for one loaf at a time, especially if you're using
Cup-4-Cup flour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 3 loaf pans with cooking spray and line a small sheet of parchment paper on top of each pan. My pans are 8 1/2" x4 1/2". A 9" x 5" loaf pan will work, too. Set aside.
