Spring has sprung! With the weather getting warmer, it’s time for some lighter, fresh spring recipes that take advantage of all the vibrant produce available this time of the year. I love roasting asparagus for a quick side dish. If you are a Lao Gan Ma chili crisp fan, you may like my chili crisp version. For something sweet, try slow roasting strawberries and using them to top yogurt, oatmeal, or any dessert!
