Summer Recipes

The summer heat is sizzling, so stay cool with this collection of summer recipes. I like eating light meals during this time and often make these Vietnamese spring rolls for dinner. This Chinese smashed cucumber salad or cold tofu with tangy sauce are great side dishes. For something sweet and refreshing, I like to serve this refreshing mango tapioca pudding (aka mango sago) or whip up a batch of bubble tea at home!ย
